Guild Wars 2 V2: GOTY 2017 or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Arenanet - Games

I just bought this game! Never been a fan of MMOs hopefully this'll be different.

Took me so long to find this thread again. ;n;

ordered in new parts for my computer a few days ago, hoping it gets here before the beta weekend so i can set it all up and enjoy actually being able to play WvW

Does anyone have an extra beta key lying around? I missed curse's giveaway. Thanks

Anybody gonna be getting into Roleplay, come release? I've been playing in Tarnished Coast (guildwars2guru.com's designated GW2 roleplay server) for the past few BWEs and stress tests but I've never actually managed to find anyone to have an encounter with. :c People are more interested in checking out combat and stuff like that, I think.

I never really got a chance to walk up to anybody in Divinity's Reach, everyone was darting around trying to experience the BWE to the fullest I guess. :c I'm hoping to have an encounter or two on the 20th-22nd, if I can manage. I hate the betas. I sounds dumb but I hate the fact that my character doesnt really matter yet, I cant wait to pick my main and just make him awesome. Plus WvWvW in the beta is lackluster since no one can upgrade shit fully or add waypoints. Or add waypoints. Waypoints.

Will our characters still be present for this last beta?

That's what my brother and friend did. Dunno what to do if you're not American.

I'm so hyped to make a Sylvari. Also, it makes me sad that the MMO subforum is gone.

Gonna be putting in my preorder soon, likely before the upcoming beta weekend starts. Can't wait to try out Guild Wars 2 for myself!
