Does anyone know if the download client for the beta continues to DL where it left off if you close it? I can't download it overnight
Guild Wars 2, never played the original GW and never bothered to try it, however so far i am very pleased with Guild Wars 2 with it's fun PVP elements and all of the other stuff, it may kick the ass of WoW and SWTOR out to the industry. I guess there's no MMO that I will be finding after August 28.. [I]*cough*fallout mmo*cough*[/I]

its a weird client, it just shows percentage for *remaining files*
so if u have to close it and reopen it, it will start on 0%
Yeah I just tested, cheers, it started on like 200k files then when I reopened it started where it left off at 190 odd, and the percent was 0% like you say :)
it freaked me out too cuz i downloaded like 3gb and had to close it and didnt see a pause button
Did they ever announce the time when BWE3 starts?
Freaked me out as well, when I woke up the launcher was closed, I reopened and saw 0%, then I saw that only 200 files were left :v:
My friend was downloading GW2, and had to leave when it was maybe 60%. He didn't want to mess up the download, so when he got back, he deleted the dat file, and started over.
Then I told him that it would have just continued from where it was :v:
The more I learn about the Asura, the more I want to beat the crap out of them as a Charr or Sylvari
