My arm got greensticked :v:
I wasted all my 4k gems on minipets, I wanted to see how many different I could get. LOTS of minipets.
Where do screenshots save to?
I am happy I did not get far into the game at all and managed to get a bug fixed in divinity's reach
what was the bug?

Why does the game look absolutely terrible in pictures.
Why does the game look absolutely terrible in pictures.
Screenshots taken (either by Steam and I believe by GW2 itself too) have generally low quality. Steam takes screenshots as JPEG, for example. I don't know about Guild Wars 2.
Also, some video settings (Bloom, for example) look awful in screenshots.
gw2 screenshots also use jpeg format.
So is there anything we can do leading up to release or are we just dicking around for a month?

nothing
you must wait in complete agony while I go on with my life.
I really enjoyed that BWE, was great fun to just talk to you guys in guild, it's awesome i can be on a completly different server but still be part of the guild c:
Oh and thanks whoever sent me that green dagger again :v:
Fantastic beta, can't wait to play with all of you at the release, unfortunately I'll be in Mexico so I won't be able to play three days early, I come back on the 28th though, just in time for the official launch. Anyways, I was Dexanemus in the guild, thanks for the great weekend!
My problem with this is the quests have huge level gaps in between them.
I'll be level 4 or 5, doing a quest that requires level 5. Done, now the next one recommends level 8. And the one after that, 10
What am I missing to gain levels like that
The character I played most was a Warrior using a Rifle, and doing WvW

Posted in the General Media thread but I guess it's worthy of posting here, since it's cool looking and all

It's weird how all the pictures I took during that group shot was in daylight. I wonder if the game changes the environment by your location?

Again that's such a great shot! I don't know why all my pictures turn out so crappy D:
Just pre-purchased after trying the beta, whoo.
I know i'm new here so sorry for this, but for those who played on the EU server, what did you guys think about the Ring of Fire server? Did you like the community on it? Was there lots of people playing on it, or was it mostly Low/Medium? Was English the main language, or was it mostly other languages being used?
Also, how did the server do in WvW? Did you mostly win or lose, or was it balanced like in the first beta? (3 wins 3 losses)
Sorry for all the questions but i would really appreciate it if someone could answer these for me.
TL;DR: Tell me your opinion about the Ring of Fire server.

you mean the story missions?
because it should be pretty obvious you have to go out and explore and help people to get to the next personal story quest level so you're not just doing personal story over and over
I made a Nathan Drake before beta ended

Even has the same voice.
This was from the most recent stress test, I just forgot to upload it.

Ugh, everything is going to be boring until this comes out now :v:
I'm starting to feel depressed now that I cannot hang out with you guys in Guild Wars 2 for a month :( It was a lot of fun and I miss you all!

It's not thaaaaat bad. I'm actually happy it wont release tomorrow so there's time to prepare.
I'll be planning my characters for release, just so I can reserve names as soon as the game's out.
I haven't really played the story at all, max level I got to was level 5. I didn't really play this BWE either. I want to save the first experience for release date, which I'm very excited for!
So I managed to achieve my goal this last BWE. I've gotten an overview of every class (played them until around level 10 plus some pvp). Going to have a ranger as my main with an engineer, guardian, and elementalist as alts. I'll probably have some more later but those were the classes I had the best time with. Going to be weird not having those rating boxes turn up on release.

Nice people, since I got ressed pretty quick after downing...
At some areas it was crowded, and others were nice and quiet.
Plus we were dominating the wvwvw near the end, so that's cool too.
All in all, great fun, but then again, this could be on any server, so.
Pretty much every server stayed at High population after the first day.

Thanks! What about the languages? Was it mostly English or was there lots of other languages being used?
