Yeah, thats smaller than GTA3: San Andreas.
Who calls it that?
this has always reminded me of a gta theme

And the promise that "We will try and get some more screens for you soon and then another trailer when we are ready."
Is that on console? The texture quality seems a bit off.

Not sure, but the game isn't finished yet, so that might have to do with it.
That prop fade is goddamn awful, I was really hoping they'd have changed that since GTA IV

That still looks like GTA IV...

Those trees in the second screenshot are giving me eye cancer.
It's most likely a console version, even if it looks like GTAIV. The size of the map most likely makes up for it.
Let's cross our fingers and hope we can enter more buildings rather then just stairs in buildings to get to the roof.
That is neat, people sitting on the edge of the dock, don't think they did that in GTAIV.
Its the little things that impress me. People doing people things instead of just walking around.
It's definitely gotta be the console version, you can tell by the lack of AA and the poor shadow quality.
I honestly don't mind if the graphics aren't that huge if an improvement over GTA 4, maybe now they can focus on adding more features and extending the replay value, like San Andreas did in comparison to GTA 3 and Vice City.
I don't mind there being just a little graphical increase in GTA5, but I hope their fade out is better in the new one. GTA4 felt a little fuzzy all the time, especially when flying helicopters.
Looks like there's a bridge back there, I wonder where it goes?

San Fierro confirmed?
[editline]Why do I need to write in this box that nobody will see!?[/editline]
Whoop, that looks a bit like Los Santos.
I hope they bring back to the lock on missiles.
If the Hydra is back there is probably going to be more military grade weapons.
The fact alone that it's more colourful than gta IV is a huge improvement.
can't fucking wait for this game

More like Iris-Constipation.

What were you expecting? After all GTA5 is running on the same console, on the same engine as GTA4.
From the screen shots alone, I can tell R* has lifted the gorgeous skybox from RDR, increased the draw distance LOD, and added some color other than brown/gray. Plus, I am pretty sure that the game will run a bit better than GTA4. All of these thing will make it a different beast.
yeah it looks a lot better then GTA4 View distance wise. Shadows and lighting are actually rendered from that height, unlike GTA4.
Even in the PC version you can't see shadows from that height.

PC version every maxed
Compare these to the GTAV shot above.

Have they showed us any system requirements? I'll bet that they'll be more than my computer can handle, but I'd like to see what they are.
I don't think they have even officially revealed that there is a PC version. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually from what I can find from googling Rockstar have not announced what consoles it is on at all. The Trailer didn't mention any either.
I hope, if it does find its way to PC, that we have a nice port like Max Payne 3. After how choppily the GTA IV release was, playing MP3 was such a welcomed change.

Old as shit and has been debunked. Unless I'm thinking of the wrong one.

As long as we can do this in V then I will be happy.
Yeah that map is months old
