A little thing I'd like to see in GTAV is multiple years of the same model of car.
For example, you could find the late-model Merit or a 1996 Merit ('96 impala ripoff).
Or a new Turismo, or a '88 Turismo (F40). Or new Perennials and old Perennials.
Probably bordering on dumb spergy realism but whatever

The Sabre and Sabre GT did that, I think it's really cool.

Speaking of vehicles, I hope the Romero(Hearse) makes a comeback. It only appeared in one mission of GTA 4, and didn't spawn in the open world. As odd as it is, the Hearse is one of my favorite cars.

If I remember correctly, Romero's have the possibillity to start spawning after the quest "Undertaker", but it's still extremely rare.
It would be better if the military will replace NOOSE in GTA V.
I really hope GTA V will enhance more property buying elements and all.
For example, like GTA Chinatown Wars, you could buy (I think) safehouses around the city and stuff. Maybe Rockstar could further enhance that and implement buying, renting and the ability for you to give rent to other people to make cash.
I also liked how in GTA:VCS, you could own turf buildings and get alot of money out of them.

Sure, it'd be cool to have, but unnecessary. A bit into the game, you have more money than you know what to do with.

Guys! I just realized that is a beaver in the emblem not a map and now whenever I will see a beaver it will remind me of Los Santos's map. LOL :)

I wish to see a lot of nice interiors.
Also I kind of wish that this time the cops are really your worst enemy. Like, they don't take lightly when a fellow officer is "just" shot to death.
I want to see the cops attempting to fucking ram your getaway truck like they mean it.
I agree with everything but the last part, I really hated it when you were almost getting to a pay-n-spray with your car on fire, with all tires popped, and suddenly a police car rams you into outer space

R* cannot copy the seal exactly, therefore they replaced the State Flag's Bear with a beaver.
There for four parts to the seal: US Shield (which uses US Flag colors), State Flag (which in California is an animal), a Bird, & something signifying the city's history.
Now look closely to the City of Los Santos seal...

The controls of Hydra in GTA: SA was terrible. Hope they improve it in GTA V. Also I loved flying a VTOL in SRTT.
