I haven't even played a MGS game before, but Snake is so much of a badass compared to Gordon Freeman.

Gordon Freeman killed alien soldiers, blew up some 3 legged walkers, and blew up a big tower.

Snake killed many of human soldiers, fought tons of two legged walkers, and blew up more things than you can count.
