Would be great, considering Zenimax doesn't fool with their developers as much as, say, EA does
Blashphamy!!!
Do you know how many baconburgers would he get for Valve? Don't underestimate Gabe's hunger.
That must be why they FEED HIM SO MUCH.
I think Gabe understands he doesn't need to sell the company to rake in oodles of cash. And a hostile take-over (I believe EA tried that shit on them a while back) wouldn't work because it's privately owned. Valve is safe and sound, boys.
Elaborate, please.
EA France thinks they own all VALVe Movies.
EA France thinks they own all VALVe Movies.
Doesn't EA and Valve have some secret alliance of video game Nazi's who distribute games made of sex so they can rake in money and then buy 2 of every Ipod and car known to man. And then delay and make sequels to games that don't really need them? Not that im complaining about L4D2, I think its an awesome idea but they should make a shit load of more content for L4D before L4D2 comes out

I'm getting L4D2, though, since I'm getting tired of the same campaigns in the original L4D and the new additions do look pretty interesting. Also, in the last games, Valve had zombies that were FAST, and in this one it looks like an appreciable portion of the game takes place during daylight (Then again, Dead Air did this on L4D1), so it seems to be continuing breaking off from a bunch of the zombie cliches.
If it did happen, I'd imagine a game like FALLOUT 4: HALF-LIFE 2 EPISODE 3! Then instead of the Borealis, you'd play the whole game fighting ghouls in Rivet city with a gravity gun and hunting rifle :ohdear:
Valve really despised their previous publisher, which I think spurred them to make Steam. If they've learned any lessons from before they wouldn't go through with this.

I tried to introduce him to Sierra and they just got into a huge fight... the poor Sierra kid never came back after this. Now this Zenimax boy wants to befriend Valve and I don't think it will end well."
Gabe?
No, Tom Cruise.
