You can get it and start out with RP and a bunch of champs and a few runes, though.

I miss playing LoL, but the internet here is too crappy for me to update it, let alone play it.

I miss those times where I could go in and play 5 games in a row and all of them would be 5v5 now it's like I go in and get a 5v5 with idiot teammates, a 5v5 that's even, and three 4v5's where we lose and they make fun of us for not winning a 4v5.
