Couple this with the fact you're scared as shit when eve stealths, she can simply use her ult or flash to you to stun you. Oracle's range is pretty small. Karthus doesn't need to get close but at the same time it won't scare you. You should always have someone like shen/janna who can save you. and prevent a double kill

Ali doesn't have stealth. He sort of has the damage if he headbutts you into a turret, but he's also not as fast and can't jungle so if he leaves the lane to slowly plod over to a gank he'll lose some major XP and everyone will call MIA and it just won't work. If mid/top left their lane then derp, those lanes get pushed. If 1 bot left, then get your bot to gank their 1 person and move dragon along with your team's jungler.
