What's the best build for Veigar?

Caitlyn feels kind of underpowered to me, at least mid-late game. I think she'd be fine if her ult was a percentage based killer (ex. deals 20% of the champions health in physical damage.) It would let her scale better into late game and still let tanks intercept the ult without being hurt too badly.

By late game you should be using peacemaker and her autoattack/headshot to do damage. The ult is just a finisher, and a plenty powerful one at that.

The current setup doesn't even allow her to use it as a finishing shot very well. It does about the same damage as a decently farmed AP-Ez. However, it does it to a single target (have to play a few more games with her to check that, can't find the exact numbers at the moment), and can be intercepted by any member of the opposing team pretty easily.

If Veigar has 1000 AP and drops his combo on a target who has 200 AP, he will deal 3880 magic damage.

Hmm, I wonder how much AP will I get with 5 AA and 1 Deathcap on karthus, as I am pretty sure I got about 1000 with karthus with the old zhonyas.

while stacking AP is awesome, I'd recommend fitting a voidstaff in there somewhere, otherwise you'll only do half your damage if they've even got the slightest bit of MR.

For example, early on champs have say natural 50 magic resist, granting them 50/100+50=33.33% magic damage reduction. If you can reduce 20 magic resist, that brings their magic damage reduction down by 10%, 750 gold surely cant buy you 15% more damage.

I've been playing Leblanc a ton and have been doing REALLY well. She is an amazing mid because her q>w combo has huge range while also pretty much making it impossible to attack her back. I've also found that her e is pretty useless... I never put a point into it unless its the only thing left. Her best combo, that I've found, is q>r>w. Does a ton of damage throughout the game.

For Ryze, best AP stacking now is CDR Boots, Deathcap, Void Staff, 3x Archlord's Staff. Gave me 1k+ AP, w/ 40% mpen, and I was doing 1.5k dmg with my Q alone.

Had a match against caitlyn. She sucked just as expected. Or well, seems like someone her posted a pic with decent stats. I suppose she's good if handled by a good player. I don't know why she's set as easy. I'm pretty sure as they described her as hard to pull of in the champ spotlight. I really don't see any champion she'd be able to 1v1 though. E>q>r>w and as long as you aren't underfed or you're attacking a tank, they will be dead or at least have little enough hp to die by auto attacks. Also useful when being dived by someone like tryndamere.
