If you get armor pen, does it affect Garen's Judgement?

Is it better to level heartseeker strike or spear shot first on pantheon? My usual skill build is QWEEERQEQERQQWWWW i.e. SS first for last hitting, then stun, then Ult > HSS > SS > Stun Amidoinitrite?

[editline]10th January 2011[/editline] Even if you don't level HSS early it should be high enough level that you can get some kills with it when teamfights start around level 10+.

22/9/12 with panth. Died alot because for the first half of the game zilean only ulted himself on full hp.

Man playing as a full support was damn fun actually. Mid game no one could solo me, I just kept healing myself and nagging them. End game my hole team would raid their base, they would aoe us to nearly 0%, I would push R, then I would nag them more. Too bad I had to do the most boring farming ever, also I cant even solo a fuckin superminion. oh well, at least it was 2/10/23

Just played a game with some random kid who kept bawwing about how I kill-steal him. Had to teach him what a team game was about, but in the end, he stopped helping me and changed lane. This is why kids should go play COD. :/
