Yeah, you just need to be smart and harass him constantly. I've played Panty-on for quite a few matches and he is so damn squishy it isn't funny. You need to try to kill him at levels 1-2 (like morde) he doesn't have his combo yet so the most he can do is Q-W or Q-E.

1. You never have to worry about mana ever again

I also don't understand why people buy "survivability" items on pants either, it ain't gonna help when you get destroyed by auto-attacks. The only item I could ever see getting is a BV for one less hard CC.

I play Pantheon a lot and manumune is not the build for him. With the combo being W, E, Q, Q, (GG, run away, or die)
You'll only hit the cap if the games last FOREVER. Plus you do not have the attack speed to make it snowball fast enough
Also survivability on him is not bad if your playing a strong range carry.

bloodthirsters give you the massive amount of physical damage and burst that your E needs so you dont need to worry about survivability

Q also has a short range and most people realize they can stay out of spear shot range
therefore you need to use your w as a distance closer and finish your combo with q
Pantheon is useless without tons of AD anyways also.
bloodthirster is usually a waste of money unless you're not dying
itd be better to put that 1250 to another bf sword. farming 40 creeps is not something you want to do every time you die, cause you've gotta run with your team or they lose teamfights
Even if Pantheon gets fed, he can get taken down pretty quickly if you focus him in team fights.
