For 10 seconds a minigun will surround him, lowering his movement speed to 0. He can fire bullets with infinite range but they deal less damage the farther they go. After firing some shots he loses control with the machinegun. Does double damage to targets within 200 range of him. He's refunded energy each hit he fires with it. *Does physical Damage Never Look Back(passive) - Activating one of his abilities increase all nearby allied units mana/energy regen by 10 per sec for 4 seconds. Only his passive, wall and ult I actually made up the rest just seems copied from galio, any tips? hes supposed to be a support [editline]5th December 2010[/editline] the wall deals barely any damage and his E sounds way too gimmicky right now imo his passive sounds better then the boots one I had some time back

Q is op, W is a copy of Trundle's with added damage, E won't work and his passive doesn't scale into late game. Plus it would be too strong early game for caster and especially energy based champs. This ult would or would not be OP depending on how much damage it does. [editline]6th December 2010[/editline] Honestly I would need some damage/cd/ratios to tell.

Q is stupid W is stupid E is interesting but probably won't work in LoL's shitty engine R is just another AoE

Second ranked game: go mid as panth, starts out as 4v5 I find out that for some reason my combo won't work. I press E and click, NOTHING. I'm not silenced, i'm mid against kat. She ults. I try to stun her. I end up jumping to her but the stun doesn't work. And to put the icing on the cake, I had the same MF on my team both games. She would 1v1 poppy and she went 3/9 and 1/8 Felt like I was in solo Q (I duo'd) and the other team was a full premade in vent.

The aoe for Anivia's Q is really small. [editline]6th December 2010[/editline] Since he would be a support, it would have to do less damage. That means the aoe or stun duration would have to be higher, but then that would make it too strong for a regular ability.

well it is hard to make a new skill without making it total op in fact I thought my characters ult was pretty original until I remembered irelia again, totally better then the shitty boots passive I had that went something like this: If you equip Tier 1 boots, you gain 40AD/AP. Equipping Tier 2 boots[Except Mobility] give you 40% CC reduc(so you won't have to buy treads and can buy like tabi or something) this was with another scrapped idea that also had an ult that could teleport anywhere he wanted to and left a DoT ult on the path to there [editline]5th December 2010[/editline] wow i suck at making champs dont i!!!

mf is fun but twitch is more viable in team comps [editline]5th December 2010[/editline] It's not like MF is bad or anything, just other DPS characters can outdo her in some parts of the game although shes a great ww/mundo/vlad counter for ranked

His shield can easily be taken down, and his spells all eat up his hp quickly unless he's using a health regen build. Then again, I'm probably one of the worst morde players out there so I shouldn't be talking.
