"An ability that procs of poison." instead of "An ability that procs of poison, but you'll be able to trigger it yourself kinda like Anivia's ultie/ice spike combo." If that's the case, I'll just keep playing Anivia then because the new heroes have been sub-par for a long time. Just a nice little reminder, Quicksilver Sash. Cheap. Effective. Removes suppressions, ignites, slows, stuns. Ah, what more could anyone want.
