Is Warmogs, boots, Atma's, and 3 Bloodthirsters a good Sivir build?

solo queueing at any elo is hell. 3 nights ago locodoco, who ranges from 1980-2010 elo got stuck with a dps fiddle and an ap trist.

Anything besides a zeal first for Tynd is bad. Glove Boot/Zeal BF sword/Cloak depending on money IE PD GAME ENDS OR YOU BAD Green elixir when you can
