Because Guinsoo and Riot don't know what they're doing and instead of working on champs that need work they want to screw up good champs. Like for the Ryze changes, how the hell was taking away the bonus AP and replacing it with mana/movespeed a buff? Nerf his nuke and give him an escape Sounds like a good idea although there's a little problem in that Ryze is supposed to be a squishy nuke with no escape

Basically now instead of doing (supposedly) great damage with no escapability, he'll do shit damage and then run away.
