Sion's E doesn't use mana per hit, it uses hp

I used to be an advocate of Warmog's/Atma's but I'm switching towards:

Stark's
Spirit Visage
Merc Treads
Guardian Angel
Youmuu's (pick up Avarice Blade after level 1 boots, Stark's, and Spirit Visage)
situational tanky item
