Yes, if it says that applies on hit effects, like on parley or mystic shot.
No, if it doesn't say like olaf's axe throw (underthrow or whatever)

I took more damage in this game then my Shen and Trundle games.
Jeez how is she so tanky. I could run into 3 of them and get a kill with enough hp to escape.
That match was a recreation of the heal/poke meta but without ezreal.

So garen's E can crit and with inf edge do more damage, that's pretty cool. He's not an AS champ though so its best to stack just damage and just crit chance
Malhazar is pretty good. I just played my third match, first time with malhazar. Held off against 3 guys on my own.

Also I"m just wondering why does everyone hate teemo so much? Make shroom minefields, get map awareness and have a huge advantage in any fight in the jungle/river. Also Blind Dart is one of the only blinds in the game, besides exhaust.
