If you know what smurfs are, it's because you're up against them. Faggots who can't play level 30, so they remake an account just to play and own level ones. Just keep playing and learning the game. Practice games are good. (custom games - add bots to both teams)

LoL terminology for the new guy AD, AP, MR Attack Damage, Ability Power and Magic Resist Carries Champs who are meh early game but are extremely powerful late game. Top, Mid, Bot The three lanes in the 5v5 map, Summoners Rift. There are only top and bot in the 3v3 map, Twisted Treeline. Since mid has the shortest distance from your team's minion spawn to the middle, most of the time your strongest team member will solo mid. Generally your AP carry will solo mid. Push Aggressively killing off a wave of enemy minions so you can get at their tower, or force your enemy to stay under their tower, so they can't do anything. Gank Basically a surprise attack. If you are suddenly surrounded by 3 enemies, you've been ganked. A common tactic to gank someone is to tell your teammate(s) to wait in a bush and let them push you until you are under your tower. If they take the bait, the distance back to their tower will be quite large. Jungle The areas between the lanes filled with neutral creeps. Junglers spend their early game in here, allowing 2 lanes to solo and opening many gank opportunities since they don't know where you are. recall, blue pill, b To use your recall ability and teleport back to base. It is hotkeyed as the b key. b in some cases might also mean "back" as in "get back". Depends on the context. mia, miss Missing in action. That means that an enemy champion has left the line of sight of your team. They could be jungling, have recalled or is setting up a gank. Best play it safe when many enemy champs are mia. You can call mia by saying the champion name then mia ("urgot mia"), or saying what lane has champions mia ("top mia"). Ping Hotkeyed under g. Click on somewhere to ping that area. You can also ping the minimap. Pings can signify who to attack, where to go, or where you think mia players are headed. Stacks, Snowball Items that start out weak, but get more powerful after getting kills or assists while they're in your inventory. A fraction of gained stacks are lost upon death. Double Up can hit people right next to the minion because it's cool like that Make it Rain is amazing harass and if you go the bro build with Manamune it doesn't take too much mana.

Also pro tip: APM is most important thing ever. Top tier champs are Udyr and Sona QWERQWERQWERQWERQWERQWERQWERQWERQWER
