I still don't get why they completely nerfed cho last patch without a single buff

I mean sure his nerfs weren't much and he has a strong lane time with his passive + catalyst, but lategame he doesn't do enough damage/CC compared to other tanks.

That was just a joke game. Her base damage on her skills is high, but as said, have terrible scaling. You can play Annie however you want and still rape face. Even with Bloodrazor, Phantom Dancer, and Zeal, her attack speed was still only about 1.4 (1.413 according to leaguecraft).

Basically, just buy whatever you want for Annie and you can still kill people.
