Ooooh, the memories...I used to play it, really good game.
Good game. Dirt 1&2 are no match.
Good game. Dirt 1&2 are no match.
You shouldn't compare the two. One is a semi-simulator, the other a mainstream video game. It's like comparing Arma and CoD.

I remember playing CMR3 a lot
am i the only one who has never heard of this
It never got alot of attention, don't know why really!
Where the hell do I change the goddamn resolution [editline]08:40PM[/editline] And is there any pre-made modidfication for 900 degree wheel
Change resolution in the startup program, in the games folder. I think it's called: rbrstartup.exe And I think a mod exists for those steering wheels
No controller dead zones... My steering is dumb without a dead zone.
The mod wont even install here. Gives this dumb error about not able to extract a dll while it is there.
http://forum.rallyesim.fr/viewtopic.php?p=61310#p61310
Follow the instructions and remember to check the path to your original game installation may take some time, please wait dll files can open windows error: click IGNORE (These dll files are present on your computer)
Seems I'm a bit late, oops - but still, good info to have in case anyone else runs into the dll error, and that's a link to the installation tutorial.
am i the only one who has never heard of this
I haven't heard of it either.
I haven't heard of it either.
Discuss it or get out, I didn't come here to hear people say that they never heard of it before.
Still doesn't beat WRC:Rally evolved as best rally game ever
So, anyone else played it and found it fun?
The RSRBR mod is taking forever. [editline]03:39PM[/editline] wtf @ posting at the same time
Holy crap. [editline]10:40PM[/editline] It's worth it, trust me!
Anyways, is there a efficient way to turn down sensitivity? I tried screwing with the filter settings to no avail.
I've had no problems with that, since I can set the sensitivity on my steering wheel. I think i saw something like it in the settings, don't remember though!
I'm using a Ps3 controller.
Okay, then I have no idea!
Neither do I!
Maybe there exists some mod for it?
It's a real fun game with the 2010 mod. Every corner is a nightmare to me.
It sure is :3:
updated op a bit
When my godfather tried this game, he was all like::wth: when he saw how complicated tuning cars was.
I find the english tracks to be most fun.
I've literally only just got this game and got the RBR2010 mod and it looks and feels like a pretty recent game now, it's hard as fuck. I love the physics though, they make it so if you crash it is often an epic fucking crash. Reminds me of the good old days when I enjoyed flipping cars in Colin McRae Rally 1 and 2. Anyone played Colin McRae 2005 from the same sort of era as this game? Whats it like? I like the DIRT games although there are far too few stages and they are way too short. This game is good for it's simulation, I'd like to have a game as well that I can actually stay on the track for the entire stage without having to get to know it off by heart though...

It helps, ALOT. [editline]11:32PM[/editline]
I played this game with a USB connected steering wheel and it's hard as hell and I still haven't beat a single level. [editline]11:30PM[/editline] I suck at it.
Give it more time, start off slow, and then increase speed as you get better. It's more fun that way. When you're good enough, you can go through the forests in the speed of sound!
Whenever I'm doing really good I hit some tiny rock and fly into a nearby forest
