I can't really explain it right, but Wikipedia has answer on how it works. Basically, any "basic" image can be turned into a vector format, allowing endless scaling and tampering. Resizing is infinite without quality loss.

I can only tell you now that picking a build is not easy. You don't want #44 because not a lot of plugins work for it. Try build #36 or something.

Also one more thing. If you use the General plugin. Don't forget to remove the color codes at the end of the sentences. It will not let you in the server if you don't.
