How can I install Better Light on Ubuntu? My only minecraft through the .jar file and that's it. There's no .minecraft/ folder.

Just search for javaw.exe, enable speed hack, set multiplier, and click apply. It wears off over time so you have to go farther up on the multiplier. Lowering it will cause a slowmo Minecraft.
