Im thinking of getting minecraft, I only play SP right now, But in multiplayer, How big is the "World" you're in then? And what happens if you leave a MP Server and come back the day after, do you have your items and everything you've done still there?

The world never ends, when you keep walking the map keeps generating like in singleplayer, I think anyway, need comfirmation

multiplayer is infinite, you keep your items and all your work is saved after you log out.

You only get the part you're in and it is deleted from memory as soon as you leave the area
