Any good hl2 co op mods out there besides oc and synergy? - Games

Its not difficult to add a time delay to the level transition triggers and put a game count down timer via mapadd modify.txt scripts and the script generator. And then disable the bunnyhop command via map_cfg.txts. Hell other server operators have already done things like this. Why not make it a little poject of yours, and release to the community, and let the mod get on with what ever their priorities are. You've voiced your concern, either wait for something to be done about it or do it yourself.

You know what? Sure there's anime shit all over the site, do you have to download it? NO. Is it required? NO. Do you have an option to download it? YES. So stop bitching about oc having custom anime stuff when it's personally your option to download it. You can't blame a mod because of custom content users create. I don't see you trashing CS:S when they have helluva bunch of anime reskins. And if you hate anime playermodels so much, just reskin them, simple as that. Just stop hating the anime it's everywhere. But that's the way it was when I played it last. It forced me to see all these hideous models when using anything else that at least looked professional would have been just as good.

I highly doubt every single server had anime models in its auto download, let alone a year ago. It was never, ever like that and it isn't like that now for sure. You obviously had the anime models downloaded. So you could see everyone using them. This is like shitting in your bed, then complaining about the smell while you sleep.

And no, it's nothing like that. I didn't download anything off the site except the mod itself. Somewhere, somehow, the servers got the models into my game, and then made me see them. My other option was to see giant ERROR models. I ended up just hosting my own server, and forcing sv_pure 2 to get away from it. Then I got incredibly bored of even that, and left.

If someone is using a model that you do not have downloaded, they will appear as a normal rebel, not a giant error. Sv_pure doesn't even do anything about the models, because they are not skins, they are new playermodels added to be optionally added into the game and thus for, can only be avoided [B]by not downloading them. And then I got bored and left. That's all.

The only reason I still hear about OC anymore is because someone is fighting about the anime models, and then, every time, you appear and insult everyone that disagreed with you, and then make an even bigger deal about it, than it needs to be. Do you not realize how easy it would be to just copy/paste the instructions on how to stop people from seeing the unwanted shit they see, and then leave? It would solve their problem, and not create any other ones.
