Oh, uh, while you're on, any reason you wanted to do a machine gun model by yourself? I made an m16 :(

I wonder how this will be moddable. probably just a sprite, but it looks cool. It kind of adds to the comic style of the game.

You should add a recover per second variable for the guns for better overall feel to them.

You can make a simple vertical plane as a weapons mesh and make 2D weapons if you want. It still essentially works the same way.

Although, I could make a few wide flat model and make that the gun, but id rather make my 3d gun proper.
I want to learn modelling now, but blender's interface is scary.

Zombies spawning behind you is cool and all, but once you add Health Bars it will be really fucking annoying. You either need to remove that feature or make it more rare.

Later, there are going to be spawn points for enemies and zombies are going to spawn behind you only when you're in the middle of a tough combat. Levelling system? Like, you start off with a pistol. ten kills gets you level 2, and a revolver drops. 20 kills later, a submachine gun drops. 40 later, a machinegun. 80 later, a shotgun and so on.

Unless you have to be resourceful.
