There isn't. Thats why i uninstalled cod2 and cod4 after a few weeks playing and i still play cod1+uo.

I think animated deaths are better than having ragdolls fly all over the map, ending up in the weirdest places. It sort of detracts from the atmosphere of the game.

It did have ragdolls, but they were like stretched chewing gum.
