If he was he wouldn't be able to move. It's like what happened in the North Hollywood shootout. The cops had to aim at the gaps between joints and the neck to take out the two guys.

The hell are you talking about, i saw footage of that, they were just blasting away at the Kevlar not even taking into account that 9mm don't fucking penetrate that shit.
While the 2 robbers were gunning them down with Ak-47's with drum mags that penetrate through concrete.
The first guy was taken out because he wasn't as heavily armored as the other and had large areas that could be shot, the other however we still don't know if he suicided or if it was by mistake, all we know is that he was trying to reload and someone shot his arm, either the pain made him pull the trigger or he did it on purpose.
Maybe the wrong shootout, all I know is there was one once where the police just shot a heavily armored shooter in the throat because they weren't doing enough damage to the body

Actually the first guy commited suicide when a bullet hit his thumb, so he couldn't cock his AK-47 when it jammed, and realised he was overwhelmed.
The second guy was taken out by SWAT as his boots weren't armoured. Died from blood loss.
he surprisingly looks alot like the marvel version of the dude with the same name, if he only had red armor

I've heard rumors on the official forums that they are releasing a "throwback" map pack for 1600 ms points and about $30 on PSN. It will supposedly include all of the original maps from MW1 including the dlc maps.
$30, Jesus Christ you can buy the old game for that much.
Though with Activision's actions recently, I don't doubt it.
