A clan run by kids isn't going to succeed. Honestly, no one wants to play on a server run by kids. Abusive admins are plentiful when a server is run by kids.
Clans in GMOD are retarded. Set up a community.

Here's a tip. I tried to do this a few years ago, and I quickly learned you need to just get your friends (steam friends) and just ask them to join. Once you've got a fairly large group (40 people) and a forum with a lot of people posting regularly, then you can start. I don't want to join a "clan" with only 23 people. (unless its a FPS clan ,not a sandbox/multi game clan). Its probably going to have a boring forum, and not much will go on. even worse if they are not motivated.
By the way, your site looks like shit. Stop using freewebs. Even if you use .isgreat or some other free host it would be better (as long as there is a real design, not crappy freewebs).
