I liked the PvP the most, the 10 player raids were also fun but I never played enough to do many. The 4 player raids were great too. Voted for a sequel, only way I can see GA becoming popular again, an expansion won't cut it.
The point at which the game went free to play was definitely when the game started to go downhill.

Argh! Don't even get me started. I was a veteran player who's been playing GA since the release and my main character was a hardcore Medic.
Now you all probably know that there are two (actually 3 but let's simplify it) types of Medics.
A Healer Medic and a Poison Medic.
Healer Medics are standard Medics, designed to follow and support Assaults, TF2-style.
Poison Medics were designed to give all kinds of nasty DoT's to enemy team and remove buffs from them.
Before F2P, balance was near perfect. A Poison Medic fighting an equally competent Healer wouldn't be able to kill each other, provided they both knew how to use their off-hands properly. One would perfectly negate the other, like Yin and Yang.
After F2P "balance" they decided that the lesser used classes like Poison Medics and Melee/Bomber-cons should be buffed and suddenly that balance between Medics was ruined, because a Healer Medic no longer could negate Poison Medic anymore, Poison Medic always wins now.
That's when I stopped playing.
I am not pissed off because they nerfed my build, because I played all Medic builds equally, but because they ruined the balance of my class. When duels between two players before were decided by small differences in skill, now one side almost always wins unless the opposite side is more skilled or has better gear.
