I'm doing a no-fap month as two things. A challenge between my friends (they lost around September 3rd), and as a challenge to myself for self-reservation and control. I wanted to test my patience as well. Also, imagine the build up of a full month, and then the pure ecstasy of October 1st.

On-topic: Patch 1.37 was on Test this weekend. I'm pretty excited for the flair we can earn through achievements. This'll result in me farming achievements on Starcraft II and Global Agenda on the weekends. Goodbye any glimpse of a social life outside of school.
However, it's well-worth it.
So, I'm active again. Does DeepPurple AvA at all?

Should've told them that ruining the Double Agent farming was just fucking brutal, leaving us no choice but to have to pay for those new EXP boosts. Seriously I'm not playing 40+ PvP games to get one level.

They announced new AvA awards for competitors along with the new patch. Agency and personal AvA achievements award special flair, which I thought was pretty awesome. I'd like to see what the ten-season-win AvA achievement (We Are Legion) is.
Just got the game on Friday, haven't had much time to play; playing a robotics agent, anything worth knowing?
I started playing medic and it's taking me half the time to level while playing medic instead of recon. :V

Had a nice Sunday off, and ended up spending it all playing StarCraft II. I've been achievement/skill knowledge hunting, and so far, all has been successful. I'm hoping this transfers over to Global Agenda when the next patch is released. Anyone know the ETA for its release to public?

I got the game on Thursday, lost my medical touch from the trial so I'm being an Assault, and I'm pretty good at it too.
I'd say that my only problem right now is how everyone and their mom talks about "Hurr durr, WoW wuz teh first MMO, WoW this WoW that..." :words: it's not like I'm going to let it ruin the game, but still, I got a different kind of MMO to escape this kind of thing, you know?

They said it depends on testing results but estimated date is the end of September.

I just set two tabs, one the usual and one without city/trade/lfg chat, when i get tired of seeing those dumbasses i just switch, simple.

I just had one of the most intense matches ever, 22 Kills 18 Assists 10 Deaths, we won, I've got 4-fucking-k XP for that match.
I wish ALL my matches were like that. Maybe being a 5 Star player isn't that bad after all.
Got the game on Saturday, and it's been awesome so far. I've been playing as a super healing ninja Medic, I heal etc but when I'm on my own I run behind the enemy and shank them. It's funny how oblivious some people are on the game; I was standing next to an Engineer and shanking his teleporter beacon, and then his sentry and then his healing beacon. He only noticed me when I started attacking him. Of course I heal (usually 50-100k, lvl 18 playing with lvl 20s+), but there are times when my healing target runs off/away.
I'm so glad so many people are enjoying this game. It's proof that Global Agenda only continues to grow and improve. Also, I should be sleeping; I've got a cross country meet tomorrow and need all the sleep I can get. Sleep tight, GA thread

I had an awesome day, yesterday.
We formed an awesome team and tried to do UMax, half way through (9 minutes and 3 lives left) we get a message, Server shutdown in 5 minutes.
We rushed as hell into the boss chamber, 2 of us died but we took down the boss, just as we returned to Dome City, server went down.
Playing medic again, this time it's actually kinda fun.
So, I was scrolling through my Twitter feed on my phone after a run today, and I saw news that APB is shutting down. I'm glad to see that Global Agenda, although being the new kid on the block, is still beating out its competition. APB was similar to GA in some respects (though not all, that would be a horrible generalization on my part).
Potentially might be able to get some GA time in on Sunday, but the only inhibitor would be family events and the amount of AP work I garner tomorrow in classes. Also depends on my mood on Sunday. I'm usually up for SCII, and not GA. I'm quite sure why yet.
