Got this game at Nohjs suggestion(see his coupon codes for evidence). been enjoying it so far, balancing seems a bit off in PVP. Higher levels rape with all their bonuses, but then again, my turret rapes everything in sight on a constant basis. Loving being a robotics guy.

A tip, use Hornet instead, not only it does more damage (same damage but most people have less AOE protection than Ranged) but it does AOE damage too or use Eye/Lockdown Dronw if you use them mainly for defense.
My set-up is Eye Drone/Med Crate/Rocket Turret, i play mostly as if a was a Recon (no, not by being useless), ninja-build my "Sniper" behind them and watch them trying to figure out wth while my team pushes forward, them change the position.
Eye Drone for defense against Recons and other bastards and Med Crate for extra survivability (Especially against Poison Medics that for some reason love throwing Posin 'Nade at it).
Im getting quite tired of being the only medic on the team while playing PvP. People moan when you're not about to heal them, sorry if I can't be in two places at once, how about you create a new char and do something about it? We really need more people to play as med, way too many play as robotics or scout. Wheres the love for us medics? :sigh:

I would, but not a high enough level for it yet, play the game maybe an hour a day, so my leveling is kinda slow. Already have a uncommon hornet sitting in my inventory from a mission, just waiting for the level.
Eye drone is worthless to me, only time I have an issue with snipers is when they're cloaked and smacking my turret. In that case i just shoot them in the face and they either A. Die or B. run away. Might work for you, but I find it unhelpful for the most part.
Medic station is my favorite, can really fortifiy a teams postion, especially when in combo with sentries and drones.
Rocket Turret, Power Station, Medical Station. I can live forever!

You wish you could. Med Crates doesn't make you invincible nor are they invincible themselves.
I go RT/MedCrate/Eye Drone with ARC Arm for ninja deployment and hueg damage boost.

My engineer is still in the low brackets, so people are too retarded to attack me in groups. If there is only one or two people on me I can survive indefinitely. Unless one is an Assault.

On a lot of games, med station plus turret = invincibility. That is, if an assault doesnt get above me and rain firepower on me.

In low brackets, yes. When you get to High Brackets, fiery hell will be unleahed on you.

Oh Im sure of this. Nohj got me pulled into an AVA match with him, im level 16 at the time. My turret was down in seconds, and my team erradicated shortly there after. Well that and 6 v 10 is a bitch unfair, especially when my weapons are worthless comapred to swords that sap half my health.

Glad to see the FPGA community is still growing. I'm hoping to see this game stable and up in the ranks of EVE and WoW some day.
So, one of my first games of PvP awhile back when I started medic the team was completely full with robos and medics. We lost so bad I almost raged assault. Hasn't happened since though.
