Pfft, all you were were zerg. got some preatty toys, then why it came to actual matches you got facerolled. Cerberus ftw.
Finally got my Robotic to 30. They're so darn useful in raids.
I don't know what to think about the new patch. They nerfed Assaults and Recons, which is nice, but at the same time they nerfed some Medic stuff i use and buffed some Medic stuff i don't use.
At least they're balancing stuff, and making Nanites somewhat less useless.

There's still no point in using anything but BFB for PvP, dead Medics can't heal.
BioFeedback is the best to use period. Multi-boost is decent for raids, since there's normally med stations to keep the medic alive, but that about it.

DirectX 9 or 10? with everything on max and DX10 I have 40-50 fps but with 9 I have a few hundred.

The difference is that DX10 has a lot of small neat special effects and most importantly DX10 has AA in it. DX9 doesn't.

With everything on Max i get 15-60 fps (max 60 because of Vsync).
With everything on Low i get like 25-60 fps.
This game is weirdly optimized.
Annoying as hell that it's becoming common for me to get serious connection problems on this game. Yet it has never happened in any other game I own.... hm...
Oh and is there any way to make text not look like shit in fullscreen?

If you get constant Connection Problem in Dome City, switch to another one. Some recent problems with their servers.
Turn on/off DX10. Turn off Bordered Player Names.
No clue how I would go about turning off DX10... or if already having dx11 installed [apparently] being a problem with that.

Start GA, go into Settings - Display, untick DX10.

Isn't this the same company that's going to be making that tribes MMO? I tried out GA and wasn't too impressed, but I hope they keep trying to improve it.

Yep. GA players with lvl 50 characters will get higher chances of getting into Tribes Universe Alpha/Beta :smug:

Bordered player names adds borders around player names.
Yes it takes pretty big part of the cpu as far as i've noticed. In crowded areas.

Yes, i have level 50 Medic right now (Full Epic gear with epic mods on everything ftw) and i'll probably get my Assault to 50 too.

You can still play everything, even PvP, you just don't level anymore.
