Except that you can always download Global Agenda Demo on Steam and play the game through it.
Beats paying double the cash.

Doesnt work for me, had to download the client from the site to get it to work. The code only saves you like $5, its not exactly double. Still a fantastic deal at $20.99, I would buy it at that price, in fact I did.

Depneding on your net speed it actually tends to go pretty quick. Took me only about an hour to download.

The only reason they had it like that was becauce a reviewer was in the game so they wanted to give him the full taste of the Halloween Raid.

I'm never on anymore, so I can't AvA. Merc's enjoyable, though. DA was fun, and there's still limited fun in PvE (moreso now with the new loot).
How is Global Agenda? I heard they took away the P2P in it, havnt played since releasish, so I am wondering what has changed and is it better?

Well they added lots of new maps, devices, gamemodes and balanced they old ones more.
Not that you would care about the "worst 40$ you ever spent" and i hope that you won't bother with tribes ether, it'll make the community i tiny little bit cleaner.

I just checked my download speed. It is now 300 kbs. Apparently that speed test center website is shit.

Mb is Megabit, not Megabyte. 1.76 megabits per second is ~225 kilobytes per second, which is pretty shit for current speeds, yeah.

Considering when I bought the game and last time I played, yes. It was the worst 40$ I spent on a game, im looking into if its worth to give a try again or is the community dead?(Wouldnt surprise me)
The community's still alive and kicking. It's gotten better since release, and they've got a pretty sweet Halloween event going on right now.
Try it out again, see if you like it. If not, then there's no net loss now.
