I love the PvE in this game, but it gets so very lovely the more you play it.

I just bought this game through the Midweek Madness sale, and I'm pretty excited to try it out. My only problem is registering my account on the developer's website, because it keeps saying I'm not meeting certain criteria for usernames and what not and I just don't feel like coming up with a name that will actually work, since apparently "Ghost" as a screen name isn't 5 characters long.
Oh well, I'll work it out soon and hopefully start playing. From what people have been saying about it, it seems really fun.

you need to reset skills in the neural center in the dome, but you can do it anywhere outside

I've got 120 dps smg and a neut aura.
Want to have a duel?
What are the auras? I've only got like a level 30-something Recon, level 11 Assault and level 15 Medic so if it's a robo thing I don't get it
Also why are shattercons considered so great?

They're mainly wanted in PvE for raids and max/umax when shit gets real since they can quickly wipe out a load of enemies but since they're a guaranteed robo nest destruction and clears a point quickly they have their uses in PvP.

Auras are Medic AOE off-hands.
Shattercons are the only useful Recon variety in the game.

Shatter Bombs rarely kill people, their primary use is to create Area of Denial and/or Destroy big sentry nests.
None of the second boosts really kill people, most of them just scare people away rather than kill, except vandal which is useless (Pull back to med crate and hold down block bam vandal rendered uselss)

It's difficult but you can kill people with conq boosts, Vandal and Shatter being the easiest to kill with (you can't block the Vandal).
The block doesn't stop the damage but the reduction if you're by a med crate means you can shrug off the attacks.

True, it won't keep you invincible against a Vandal but if you're Assault, you should be able to kill it more easily.
My friend and I were crouch walking around this guy that was just standing there. 3 other people came and joined in, but Fraps didn't record it. :frown:

You don't.
You can gain extra health from [n] armor mods and skills.

Level doesn't make you better, it just unlock the ability to get new (new, not necessarily better) gear.

I've got 4k HP, I can remove your shield anytime I want and I can take 1/2 of your HP with a press of a button.
