Plus by the time he's trying to hit you with his noskill-glowsticks you can kill him 5 times over before your Power Pool depletes.
Just realized that it's impossible to get decent gear as a free agent. I'm always salivating over the loot I'm supposed to get when I win.
I don't think the jetpack protects you from a good Snipercon at all.

Only problem is I've never seen a good snipercon at all.
Is this game worth the time it take to download and try? I'm playing APB Reloaded at the moment but I'm craving a different experience.

its fun. i reccomend trying it if you like shooters.
dont give up on it until you get to level 10 and do merc though. level 10 is when things get fun.

I've only seen so few snipercons that i haven't been able to juke.

Just go follow the quests until about level 15, then go merc. Only thing is that you don't get loot, making it impossible to obtain decent gear until you get elite agent.
Also, don't go meleecon or poison medic if you've got shitty net. I promise you it's hard.

Don't play Recon. Ever.
If you insist on going recon be a bomber they're mildly more useful than any other until you get shatterbomb.

[I]Mildly[/I] more useful. Destroyer Assault would do the same job much more efficient.
Destroyer assault is the best damage dealer, team distrupter and nest killers, even shattercons can't keep up with the chaos they can cause.
Destroyer > Shattercon > Bombercon >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Meleecon/ snipercon.
The only real downside is that destroyers have lower survival chances than recons just because it's harder for them to escape a bad situation and once cornered they're really limited on options.

you press and hold right mouse button.
for most miniguns using alt fire makes it so you cant move, but you do more damage and it costs a lot less energy to use.

whats wrong with F2P? from what they say, items you can buy in the store that effect the game can also be found by doing missions.
i wouldnt be surprised at all if they did premium cosmetics in the pay shop though...

Everything. It completely fucks up lower brackets since all "free agent" get in there with their fucking meleecons/poison medics and derp around without doing anything useful.
At least they're isolated in pre-30 bracket for now but as soon as many of them will start leveling up above 30+, the shit will go down.
Especially since Hi-Rez buffed all the most useless and retarded things in the game.

Global Agenda has been MY game ever since the release. I used to know all the little things. I was successfully leading Strike Forces for one of the top 10 EU agencies.
Now I don't even understand the flow of a match.
Pre-1.4 it was all about relationships between Assault/Medic pairs and Robotics nests, with occasional support of tech and Recons.
Right now a single poison medic can negate all the healing from hardworking Healer, Meleecons are doing as much damage as good Snipercons and Run'n'Gun Assaults are completely butchered.

As much as I feel you, the game was exactly like that at release/beta where no one knew what to do and nothing was super concrete like it was. Yes, it's kind of annoying right now because there's a bunch of new players, but without new players, the game will die. Give it a month or two and those new players won't be new anymore, and might be decent! Or pretty good if they get all the way up to 30 with the halved rates.
