Well the big one, to me, is no auction house and no mail sending AND receiving. There's also other stuff including having to wait in queue when joining a server as a free agent. Making agencies, smaller rewards at the end of missions, etc

There is a shit load of restrictions. Things like no auction house, no end of mission loot, no mail as well as 0.5x any credits and tokens you get and more.

Basically it all comes together as a big fuck-you to free agents and makes it really hard to get good gear, so you wont be able to play it very long without buying it.

Huh, I finished the desert area, is there any other actual area, or is it pvp and pve dungeons from here on out? I can't see myself playing thousands of missions that yield 350 exp / credits (free agent) for days.

I wish they never advertised that the game was an MMO. Its not. Its a pvp based game that was later modified to be pve too

If you don't find the core missions fun (merc, spec ops) you wont enjoy the game and it will be a grind.

Luckily my characters are over 30 because when I rarely play these days I only play raids.

I think I said this somewhere before, but if you play specifically to level up, it will take ages and be a huge grind and very unfun. But if you play it because you enjoy it and the occasional level-up is a reward then go for it.

If you do like the game then elite agent is a must, there is no way you can compete with half money/token rewards and no random rewards.

The game has gone to shit ever since they introduced the desert.

I still found the game fun as fuck after desert, but you're right in that it was the first step in the downward spiral that makes it shit today.

Agreed, the open zone in the game was an absolute piece of shit, it's like they're heading exactly in the "elf" direction of a typical MMO which they always insisted they were not.

The PVE in the game feels really tacked on, but at the same time PVP feels a bit empty because they focused so much on having PVE and PVP, they should just focus on one thing so that both experiences aren't shit.
