I like playing Soraka less and less.
Sure, healing + mana is nice, can make an impact, but I like to feel like I'm [I]doing[/I] something. Feels more impactful and engaging to play as an unconventional support with my friend, or anyone else (other than karma) for that matter.

Most WoW players who do end-game content shut off basically anything that may interfere with their playing. Addons and external programs that aren't required for the event are dropped in favor of higher FPS and less potential latency issues. I wouldn't doubt that League of Legends has more play time in the last year than WoW does, but using Xfire of all things is not the way to go about comparing play time.

Mundo is really fun and a great counterjungler. Also has really fast clear times.

I acknowledged that she does a lot, but it just doesn't [I]feel[/I] like it all the time. There inevitably comes a point where you pop everything, silence the biggest threat, and then just start scratching heads with Starcall.
I'll compare her to Alistar, Leona, Janna, and hell even Fiddlesticks. If someone is making a beeline for your carry (let's imagine an angry Dr. Mundo), if you're playing any of those four I named, you can peel said enemy off your friend, give them time to back off while they attack, forcefully dissuade them to pick another target such as yourself.
If I'm playing Soraka: Hah! Silence, take that you ruffian. Oh, hitting my friend... HEAL! And... starcall. starcall. starcall.
While her sustain is fantastic, I guess I just think that you should be able to protect people more as a support.

Which is why I like Alistar and Taric. They either stop the threat dead in its tracks or bat it away, still sustain whoever's getting targeted and can seriously turn a teamfight around.
Soraka should only be picked in draft as a big 'fuck you' to Karthus.
soraka should be reworked or removed, she's antifun for everyone and her kit promotes boring play
