Being nerfed previously shouldn't make someone untouchable. Besides, I'd love to see her shifted into something other than a healbot. I don't know what she could do, but I'm sure there could be something. I think one of the Rioters said something about them preferring characters with a Heal, rather than dedicated healers.

Infuse needs a mana cost pronto. 250 magic damage for free every 10 seconds is dumb, and so is the free mana concept. So anyway hit 1,400 today, yay. I told you guys Skarner would carry me.

I don't think she's OP, I think her mechanics are boring and promote passive play, which sucks

Infuse is more of a mild irritant since it's maxed second most of the time.

It really depends on personal skill at the lower ELO's and being able to carry games.

Woooaaah, Malphite [I]rules[/I]. 3/1/23 on my first round with him! I had a friggen rockin' gank in the early game. Our Jungler, Yi, comes up through the bushes and we kill the enemy Nunu top (got nothin' on Malphite), then I use teleport to zoom to bottom and ult Kog and Soraka for another two kills for our team. It was legendary, mate. Course, the enemy team's AD carry was pretty pointless. I stacked Magic Resist early in order to shut out Nunu and Fizz, who were giving me the hardest time. So, what's the enemy Kog build? On-hit magic items. [I]Jeeeeez.[/I]

By the by, teleport is crazy great. I was able to hit every single team fight, because, even if I was on the other side of the map farming, I could warp right into the action and knock some heads.

I won't say it's good or bad, I'd say it's situational. Since you were Malphite and the initiator, being available for every team fight is pretty vital. If I'm Irelia or Renekton at top lane, less so.

Shen with teleport is fun. Save a teammate, spend that gold, back in lane baby. Get off my tower.
