I'm so so so so so happy about the evelynn and twitch reworks. Can't even describe it.
Been waiting FOREVER.
Oh, and I'm going to be delving into Support Viktor/Morgana with my friend bot lane. This'll be interesting.

How do you think Xerath would be if his ultimate worked on stacks?
For example, if he has a buff, similar to Akali's Essence of Shadow, that refills one stack every 25 seconds and on kill or assist.
One cast of his ultimate would consume one stack. He would have a maximum of 3 stacks at any given time.
Sounds like a fun idea to me, at least.

i've had an epiphany
if I want to have fun in this game, it has to either be casual (normals), me being able to carry hard (me improving elo), or with people I know (high elo, customs, ranked teams, etc).
Currently soloq only involves me being skilled enough to carry past my current elo, around 1150, (I think that's the top third or so, so it's not bad, right?) but that requires practice and more experience than I currently have. Thus, I will take a break from ranked, have fun with the game for a good, long while, I think about 500 more normal wins. I'll learn and pay attention and get better and try to raise my elo. I hope to get to gold next year, but for this ranked seaon, I am done.

A website extracted and explored some pbe files and discovered a champ called "Teek"
The blog posted an article about the champ

"DarkSovereign seems to be one of the bigger working champion names to pop up. DS has a load of abilities and animtions packed in including what seems to be abilities called "Void Ball", "Nova" ( probably her ultimate ability ), and "Q Missle"

He could be a mage who places hexes which raise his damage to the target by a certain amount

What I mean is that the eve rework has been "In the works" for the past year and has only just been confirmed for next patch.
Someone saying that QoL buffs for Malz are "In the works" means that they aren't 100% in the next patch and could be coming anywhere from now to next year, thus why he said 'in the works' and not 'coming next patch!'

Why is it that I never see leblanc being used in ranked games? I've got a 5 man premade and we do fairly well when I play Leblanc. We are all about to head in ranked games and id like to know what's the deal with that.

Most likely because of her bad late game, Early game she destroys and another reason would be she'll just be countered by a champ 'cause you can see Your and the enemy team's picks

it's a lot easier to adjust some of malzahar's animations or whatever than it is to rework one of the hardest-to-balance champs in the game.

As a Malz player, this is great news.

went to help jungle nunu who got ambushed by shaco then their entire team showed up i ulted an got triple then q for the quadra an ulted again for penta, with katarina, that passive so helpfull

leblanc dominates most mid champs and she's very good for solo queue due to her ability to gank other lanes and help them snowball
if you do well early-mid game then you'll remain strong late game, where your skillset isnt as useful but you can still pick off squishies then warp outta there
This is the most miserable game ever, sometimes. When people won't surrender, it's just infuriating. We get shut out immediately by a hyper-aggressive bottom lane, and get no ganks at all from our useless, feeding jungler. Ditto useless feeding top, and useless feeding mid. Forty-five minutes later, they're still refusing to surrender. It's just a bullshit experience.
I can understand not wanting to surrender in ranked, but in a normal match? That's just messed up.
why are they patching? why couldn't they just wait until the zyra patch to put those fixes in.

Yeah, but I almost never surrender b/c sometimes I can turn a match around in a huge reversal. I've had games where we were down by twenty kills, and we got lucky, aced the other team, and pushed down mid and bot and took out the nexus.
