Are the remade Twitch and Eve on the PBE client? (Would give me a reason to install it)

I never thought I'd actually run into one of those people who troll on ranked games and ban stupid champs and then grab a support champ with smite and revive. Sucks so hard. Well it would make sense that the eye would be above the enemy so you know if they can see you or not. But yeah, almost Metal Gear Evelynn. I think 15% is alright, most armor pen abilities aren't that much.

The Greek Casseopia is pretty standard, although I guess it's as per expected as it's only for the Greek release of LoL. Also I realized that they removed Xin Zhao's passive attack speed. I hope they didn't nerf Battle Cry.

New Lee Sin skin is the best one, no questions asked. Those animations are hilarious and awesome. Also has a recall animation.

Twitch's nerfs outweigh his buffs, I don't know the exact numbers behind some of his abilities but from a couple of games this is how I feel about him. His slow is now weaker at lower levels, is a skillshot, affects a much smaller area, doesn't slow more if they have stacks of poison on them (making it weaker at all levels). His ad scaling on expunge is low and the ap ratio is down from [B]1[/B] to [B]0.15[/B]. He gets 3 more ad from his ultimate except it does 20% less damage to further targets hit down to a minimum of 40%. Only buffs he got was some minor base stat buffs, 50 more base range, 20% ms while stealthed, more shots on ultimate and he can now hit targets that are moving within about 1000 range of him while ulting. Overall he is kinda better at ganking since he can get quickly into position with the speed buff, his jungling is quicker since his slow also applies 2 stacks of his passive.

The whole point was to focus more on his poison than him as an ad carry, and his poison never scaled anyway. His actual damage got nerfed into oblivion but his poison wasn't.

new xin eve and twitch so good, i'm almost in tears ;_;

So I jungled with Xin Zhao on the PBE. His jungle is pretty safe but I'm not sure how you would build him. I maxed E but I think maxing W may be better. Still not worth leveling Q. His Q now reduces cooldowns which compliments his W pretty well. Damage wise, I feel he does a bit more than old Xin but I can't be sure, the game I played was a pretty easy pub stomp. The enemy Lee Sin said "lucker, need Cho'Gath to kill me" because I jungled and ganked him. He had "98" at the end of his name so he was probably 14 or something. I feel like I'm playing on a smurf whenever I'm in the PBE.
