You can time when the large camp will be up, when you want to invade and the likes, but there's no guarantee you'll even have the opportunity or it'll be allowed for a second time. Leaving that one creep is a major slap in the face to many junglers, especially those that rely on Blue or Red.

I'm fine with farming, I'm good with laning, but I have trouble actually doing damage in the late game. I might be lightning fast tank, but after flinging, I don't have much else to do.

also i just found out that on karthus his level 1 ult only does 10 more damage than a level 5 q that only hits one person

His ult really doesn't hit all that hard. It's just the fact that it hits everyone. I bet that if it didn't have as much of an ominous channel to it it wouldn't be considered OP. It's got a huge psychological factor to it.

550+.6 per ap. It's a strong ult but it's not monumentally stronger than other bursts and it's not nearly as damaging as people make it out to be. Decent base and mediocre scaling. The thing with Singed is to survive laning-phase. He's quite hard to gank if you keep wards up all the time, and if the jungle manages to get past them he can still escape quite well. Altough, due to major consept, Singed is still not a tank, altough it works against idiot teams who chase him. You should build him tanky/AP, like RoA Rylais Voidstaff then few resist items, cause you get absurd amount from your ult in the lategame, so they aren't [I]absolutely[/I] necessary. Warmog is good on Singed due to that reason, and he has no trouble farming it in midgame. He's a major teamfighting machine, who fucks up their AP/AD carries by running around them, flipping their shit and chasing them to their doom. He's absolutely one of the most fun champs to play, and I think lots of people agree with me.

Might be cool if they gave Soraka an attack with a celestial beam, or some sort of AoE blocks out vision or something that has to do with an Eclipse. Starry, cool, night sky stuff, even if the AoE thing sounds like Graves (cuz it is)
