Once you get out of the lane phase your turrets are useless, you're ultimate is pointless unless turrets are around and the only thing you can do is throw rockets and a blind/stun.

I agree about the rocket/ball stun but disagree about the turrets/ult. The turrets and ult do a lot of damage if you get a good build and are not a total idiot. Placement and surprise attack with his turrets make them still good all game. Either I am just good with him or I am doing something way different from everyone else but I am always #1 for CS and always a positive K.D ratio when I play him mid lane.
New Heim will be hot.

You maybe in level 20 soloque but in my level 30 soloques that has never happened.

If you don't get the most CS as Heim you are bad. Heim is an afk easymode farmer.
Placement and surprise attack work in Pubs so fair enough, but he is very squishy, and "surprise attacks" won't work on anyone with a brain. Most people know not to follow Heimer into the jungle, and most people will ward up their bushs if Heim is sitting camping in them.
In essence, he doesn't work, all you have to do is look at how much he gets played at any level.

3rd Lowest played percentage in Ranked, normally enough to tell you they're either not viable, or only good at low Elo.
Take away the utility and damage from Anivia and you have Heimerdinger

Very true, but you would be surprised how many people in the level 30 area who still are stupid enough to either not know Heimers moves or is dumb enough to follow you into the weeds. I must be being selfish I guess I hate all the changes so maybe he will be even better I don't know but we will have to wait and see.

Thats usually how far my games go, but afterwards I either get Void Staff or Zhonyas Hourglass and getting the other later by replacing a doran's. Also, always buy a ward when recalling.

Yeah, I do when I can. I want to play Ranked so I can climb ELO, but everytime I go to play it, someone troll picks or feeds and I slide further down the ladder. I'm not a pro by any stretch of the imagination, but it seems that I literally get the worst luck with teammates.
