1st of all, frozen heart is enough armor for Singed, if you're going Tabi, you want to not be as beefy so you get lower hp = people chase you.
The items in that one are average, I would replase Tabi with Merc's and get Voidstaff instead of Randuin's.
Spellbuild is weird. It suggests you maxing the last 2 spells equally, which is sort of bad. Fling is mostly a one-point wonder, only thing that increases is the damage, and I rather max W right away.
I highly recommend getting one point into adhesive instead of 2 on fling, the slow can be worth a kill early, and you need it at your levels of play. (Vayne with Swiftness, enemy had 2 hard AD carries, Teemo with Nashor's)
To say this shortly, use the Solomid guide instead, but get 1 point in slow early.[/QUOTE]

What's Riot's reasoning on hiding the current amount of players in League of Legends? HoN and Dota 2 show this and I'd imagine Riot would want to brag about the amount of players they get.
They already do brag about it from time to time

First game get matched against a team where everbodies elo is around 1.5k
The next game their whole team is 2k+ and the person you are laning against is ranked nr 83 in the soloq ladder.

Jesus christ Soloque is so retarded. Joined a lobby, called Jungle and picked Lee Sin. We had a Sona, Darius, Skarner and Shen. I asked two of the latter three to change to an AP Mid and an AD Carry. They remained silent. Figured oh well, one of those games. Sona said she was going AD so we didn't need a Carry. Alarm bells sounded and the game began. Shen and Skarner run to Bot and announce they're Premade, demand Sona go mid against Akali. Darius disconnects for 4 minutes after leashing red for me. I'm getting focussed because Shen runs from every right, Sona dies instantly and Skarner is building his E. All-chat blinks up;
"Report Lee feeding Karthus AFK"
I tell him there's no Karthus in game, in all-chat.
He tells me it's "A Halluzination noob".
