How well should a galio perform against a gragas mid?

galio is an AP mid counter, so if they're both equal in skill, the galio should do better

One of the few heroes I am not particularly happy I bought them. What do you mean by "better"? Fun or viability? Varus isn't that fun and he's a pretty bad AD carry compared to other folks
