They should allow more freedom in custom games. Like allowing any number of the same champ on a team, or 100% CDR. It would just be fun to fuck around with. Urgot with 100% CDR, swaps place with someone for eternity.

Why have they got it in for Nocturne? First they obliterate his passive and now they've taken a quarter off his Ws duration and increased the CD on his Ult. Why?

Malz buffs gave me a boner. Especially the ignoring commands that would cancel his ult for 0.5 seconds.

I think they killed urgot with the range nerf on acid hunter and with the constant previous nerfs.
He's still fine and they added a massive buff to his ad scaling so now it's worth actually building ad rather than just rushing tons of armour pen and 33% cdr
