Yeah he's still one of the most balanced champs out there.
Opinions on LeBlanc? I'm looking for a good bursty character sort of like veigar.

Leblanc is an assassin who really drops off late game, not much more to tell.
Leblanc rapes earlygame, midgame a bit weaker, lategame she's a silence-bot.

When I play Ashe, I feel like I am doing no damage at all expect being an annoying fuck who slow everyone but couldn't kill any until I am dead.
Ashe is more about her utility than her damage
you won't have much damage til infinity edge, even then you're mostly useful because of your ult.

Might not be your case, but I've got a few games under my belt, and generally what I have found is that on the occasions where I have been annoyed at certain champions/combinations/tactics then at a later date I improve my play and take necessary precautions. Ask some chappies who are very good at the game and they'll probably offhandedly give you a few easy solutions on top of the obvious ones.
Assuming you mean blitz as a support; most people will just ward whatever bush he is standing in meaning it's fairly hard to get caught by his hand of fury unless you make sizable mistakes. The situation it creates isn't really different from exchanging damage in any other way.
Now I remember why I don't like randoms choosing unorthodox picks. They fail miserably at being of any use.
