Step one, call them a kid or child.
Step two, say that they are sounding mad, upset or frustrated.
Step three, proceed to reassure them that you can beat them up in real life.
Step four, leave before they get a chance to respond. If you are unable to leave then just repeat steps one and two until dominance is asserted.
