Jayce doesn't really get anything notable out of all the other boots, especially when the enemy team doesn't have CC. Sorce boots give your electric shield that extra sexual tension

Righteous Gust, Spirit Bond, Time Warp, Acceleration Gate, Shurelyia's Reverie, Ghost, Revive and Boots of Mobility would be the speed/champion ability modifiers.

It's pretty clear in the video.

It wasn't global skillshots like Ashe, Ezreal, or Draven that were problematic. The whole thing started because Twisted Fate & Pantheon could drop themselves anywhere on the map from anywhere they chose. That kinda global positioning is what they're against.
