I'd participate in the Tribunal from time to time regardless of reward if I had the option to punish the other people in the game. It's ridiculous how many cases are there of someone just doing bad and not even saying anything, but everyone going like "fucking x" or "get cancer".

So I got this yesterday in the mail [IMG]http://puu.sh/MvQH[/IMG] I've never heard of them doing this before, so at first I thought it'd be a scam. But I couldn't find any fishy links in it. Also afaik I haven't behaved exceptionally worse nor can I recall any game where I should've been reported. The last few weeks I've been very calm, no trolling or anything. Of course there was the typical "dude instalocks X and claims mid and whines that I should be reported the entire game" even though they're obvious troll picks.

Maxing out W on Ezreal (not that alternate but still), not taking W on Olaf until lvl13 and maxing out silver bolts on Vayne. Also stacking mpen on rumble/kennen. Might try that out.

I started playing him with the mentality that he was just "Turn on Q, run at enemy and ult/E/W to chase" But since Q is in a direct cone in front of you, it's a bit dodgy to aim so it's awkward to kill high mobility champions.

You have to aim it? Just right click them

I would play more Rumble just because of how powerful he is, but he just feels way to clunky for me in lane. Probably needs a few games in a row to get used to.

He's still going to be a strong pick, he has no real counters. Also you're not bad, rumble is just probably not the type of champion you're comfortable with. He is pretty hard to play optimally as well though.

immobilize his target, make him have to lift the axe up over his head and bring it down fluidly. maybe a 1-2s time total, enough for a quick silence/stun from a teammate. just spit ballin'

immobilizing the enemy target would make it even more broken

true dat, but it would be incredibly awkward if it was channeled and, rather than have it immobilize the target, have them just walk out of the visible animation range and then still be killed by it
